2. Data We Process
Through the discovery-call form we process the data you submit: full name, company name, email address, phone number, sector (optional), and the free-text needs description you enter. In addition, to prevent abuse (spam) and apply rate limiting, your IP address at the moment of submission is processed for a short time. Beyond this, no automatic data is collected for marketing.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to evaluate your discovery-call request and respond to you. The legal basis is your explicit consent (the consent checkbox); the form cannot be submitted without it.
4. Transfers & Processors
The form content is delivered by email to info@tvi.com.tr so your request reaches us. This delivery uses only an email-sending service (Resend) and the site-hosting platform (Vercel) acting as data processors. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing.
5. Retention
Your request is retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation, and deleted once that purpose ends or upon your request.
6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw your consent. Send requests to info@tvi.com.tr.
