1. Scope of the Service
ViziPulse is a management system set up by TVI Teknoloji specifically for each company; it uses AI to summarize pending work, overdue follow-ups and points to watch. It is not an accounting, finance or official-records system (e-invoicing, tax filings, etc.) and does not replace your existing accounting solution.
2. Discovery-Call Form
The form on the site creates a request for a discovery call. Submitting it does not by itself constitute a purchase, a price commitment or a contract. Submitted data is processed under our Privacy & Data Protection Notice.
3. Demo Access
When offered, demo access is invite-based and temporary, running on sample/representative data. The demo environment contains no real customer data and access closes when it expires. The demo does not commit the product's final scope.
4. Data Security
Each installation is dedicated to its company and its data is kept isolated; different companies are never in a shared data pool. Details on personal-data processing are in our privacy notice. Access permissions are defined by your company's rules.
5. Third-Party Services
Third-party services are used for website hosting (Vercel), form email delivery (Resend) and AI summary/assistant generation. Those services' own terms apply. Integration with existing systems (e.g. an ERP) depends on that system's API/access and licensing terms.
6. AI & Limitation of Liability
ViziPulse's AI does not make decisions; it produces summaries, suggestions and points to watch. Generated summaries and answers are informational; the final decision and responsibility rest with the user. No guarantee of definitive medical, legal or financial outcomes is given. Unless stated otherwise in a contract, the service is provided "as is".
